If you download the game via the website, theres always a chance your network might have a cough and miss some information while downloading.
You might need to redownload if the error continues with your current copy.

I reinstalled very often from CD.
I removed some unnecessary Hardware like TV-card and second Soundcard.
I monitored all my temperatures from GPU, chipset and CPU but now problems here.
After the crash I get a window that GW crashed and can send a mail to Arenanet for debuging. And when I click on Details the is this Filename shown and some HEX with my PC Details.

If you want to post up the error message it can help us figure out whats wrong. I have a feeling its a graphical error when trying to load a section of terrian.
Computer specs are a strong suggestion as well so we know what your running.

Looks like the file is missing some information about your character skill animation. What skill do you try to use?
I can't read the code (I'm tired and leaving work right now) but SK can probley check it out later tonight perhaps.
There is no major scratches or marks on your CD that is causing information to be missed is there? Shine some light on it and blow lightly to make sure theres nothing on it, try another install and see what happens. Either that, or ask someone to maybe send you a copy of that file to put into the directory, that might fix it up. Finally if all else fails, download a copy of the game from www.guildwars.com install it, find the file, copy it to a safe place, uninstall guild wars, reinstall the CD version (because the online copy is crappy with load times) and stick the copy of the file into the drive and see if it works.
*Huff Huff*
Hope that works. Leaving now, I'll be online perhaps in another 4 hours or so. Good luck

Sounds like a scratched CD to me.
Yeah, you're missing a game file, all OS is patched out, and you seem to be up to date on drivers.
I would actually attempt a web install. Sounds like your CD is bad.

Often it is, while I just standing in on a market or town and sometimes in a mission.
I installed with the CDs even my Notebook and there are no problems. I can try to install with the CD from my girlfriend. But I will even try to install over the Network. Perhaps my Drives a reading not right.

I installed the Windows Standart IDE drivers and reinstalled GW.
Yesterday GW didn't crash once.
Tomorrow I will test longer.

OK, the nVidia SW IDE drivers are bad. Let's keep that piece of information handy...
(I never install them after the nForce 2 corruption issue days...)

Well Yesterday I had 2 crashes. couldn't take a look at the details from the error message.
But I seems that it got better then before the uninstall of these drivers.
And I think my trillian is making a little trouble. But works fine with my notebook and on the PC of my girlfriend.

How long has it been crashing for? Yesterday I was running FRAPS and it would crash whenever I turned on or off the program... Had to restart the computer because the system froze up on me for some reason.
And I'm hoping they fix this code error. Most of the problems are coming from it. I can't offer much help without a log error text, maybe SK (with his time willing) can check the memory code and see what might be the problem.

That's f00kin odd.
Your hex isn't reading an error per se. It says it found an early terminate.
Bad instructions, on server side. Man, they gotta fix that.

I see that h4l0x has a 64bit / Nforce4 System too like me.
And I noticed that some Logs from me are without LogQueue too.
Could it be that Guildwars has a little problem with 64bit CPUs or Nforce4?
My System not really freezes. I get the Window-Cursor (the white one) and can move it. that I have to ESC or press TAB, Enter *wait*, Enter.
That is the way to end the Sent-Error-Message Dialog.
After deinstalling IDE drivers it went better. Yesterday I had no crashes again.
I will continue reporting ;-)
